If I’m the developer I will hire CFS for my engineering and Scott McKinley for the mechanical.
Security will be a big issue. We will close the alley and add gates and fence for safety. The big construction issues separate utilities.
My office is #104 – you need to call ahead for a tour. I’m still taking layers of the onion and investigating all the nooks and crannies.
