This email is in response to your recent open records request. Please be advised that Topeka Municipal Code § 2.10.030 through § 2.10.130 establishes procedures and costs for open records requests. Staff time and flat fees for certain records have been set on the fee schedule here. Staff spent one (1) hour retrieving the requested records. Staff time is assessed at $25 per hour for this request. Thus, please submit payment of $25.00 to the address below or a payment can be made by phone through the City Clerk's Office at (785) 368-3941. Once payment is made, the records will be emailed to you.
