I asked JEDO for demo funds.

We have a better chance of selling dirt. 

City of Topeka - It would be nice to create a development agreement that can be assigned to the new buyer passing on preconceived benefits to get the land shovel-ready.

Since this was a topic at our last JEDO meeting, I wanted to send a brief note to let you know both Matt and I have reached out to Mr. McClure and the owner of the Travelers Inn to request a meeting with the owner but have not had success yet.
