The 2 items, traffic study and plat, are still being reviewed for conditional approval from the city. We have stream lined our communications to be just the city approver and our civil engineer, and that has allowed us to make up for the lost time from the original city person misguiding us over the last 6 months.
With that being said, we have the new plat final but I need to confirm your full legal name is Edward R. Linquist Jr.? Surveyor needs it fully accurate before they sign off.

I think the point of the e-mail was that I asked what needs to be done and in what order, who do we need to be talking to, who should do the talking, what's the status of the plat, what's the status of the traffic study, in other words let's push this thing along and how can we all help?
