Hello,
I received a request for available buildings for a
manufacturing company who is looking at our community for a possible site for
expansion. The following are the specs for this building request:
Size: 65,000 SF (ideal configuration 150’ x400’)
Power: 3000 AMPS
Land: Min. of ½ acre for storage
Column Spacing: Clear span is ideal, but at min. 50’
centers.
Clear Height: Min. of 15’ under crane hook.
Loading: Grade level, or slight incline ramp.
Assembly Line Configuration: Straight line or “U” shape.
Other:
*Ideal to have crane served building
*35 to 40 initial employees to possibly 100 in a couple of years
Please send me building fliers for any buildings that
meet the above criteria by end of the day Tuesday, February 13.
