As Leasing Manager at MD Management, I took the reins of four major shopping centers and personally oversaw operations for one, managing a jaw-dropping 3.3 million square feet of prime retail space. - Marketing Muscle: Spearheaded a fresh, high-impact marketing campaign in St. Joseph that didn’t just promote East Hills Mall—it put it on the map. I brought creativity, strategy, and relentless drive to the table, and it paid off.
From negotiating leases to steering operations, I thrived under pressure and made my mark in just 12 months. This gig wasn’t just a stepping stone—it was a launchpad.
