Henry McClure

39 years of real estate experience. Most of my career has been dedicated Shopping Mall redevelopment, commercial leasing, commercial sales, Mixed-Use/TIF redevelopment and real advisory roles including but not limited Sales, leasing, zoning and platting issues.

Henry McClure was the 3rd person the join the MaceRich Companies management program February of 1983. Tenant Construction Coordinator for the $40 million-dollar expansion of the Crossroads Mall. Coordinating new store construction including complete plan submission, design review and permitting for all new tenants. Coordinated the completion of the general contractor’s punch list on the core and shell of the expansion. This was the best real time experience to launch a 34-year career in leasing.

Designed and implemented an aggressive, Pro-active marketing program, which targeted clients that did not exist in the Macerich portfolio. This aggressive campaign included the development of a state-of-the-art contact network, providing the most current data on retail and service tenants. My goal was to build a relationship with a new tenant and do one deal with them or put them in every property we owned or operated. Also did day-to-day leasing on Buenaventura Plaza.

Most applicable project for today:
