Building Minimum Requirements (MUST MEET TO BE INCLUDED)





Hello All,

I know this is a longshot but we have a very good prospect looking for the following specs to lease. If we have anything in Shawnee County, I need to respond to a very extensive RFP by no later than the morning of Monday, March 19th. Please let me know if you have anything that works ASAP so I can get started on the RFP. Also send the flier for the building by Friday, March 16th please.


Building Minimum Requirements (MUST MEET TO BE INCLUDED)
  • 250,000 sf of production space for testing
  • Available for lease
  • Minimum two (2) Dock Doors; prefer 1 dock per 50,000 sq. ft.
  • Minimum one (1) Grade Door (16’ x 20’); prefer 1 grade door per 75,000 sq. ft.
  • ±25’ minimum Clear Height
  • 40’ column spacing preferred, 35’ column spacing required
  • Cranes will be installed by tenant
  • 30 watts per sq. ft., 277/480 Volts, 3‐Phase Power
  • Parking preference: 1:1,000 sq. ft.
  • HVAC
  • Reinforced Slab; strength of 125 lbs./sq. ft. required
  • Power: 3 MW peak demand initially; ramp to 6 MW peak demand in future years
  • Internet: 1Gbps on a 10Gbps barer to Level 3 (Cogent or TCL at a push)
  • Redundant Internet: 200Mbps backup from another provider with a different routing to site.
