Henry, in reviewing the property referenced in the title, platting the property would fall into the $5,000 cost level.  I would love to help you plat the property, but looking at the entrance from West Edge Road, getting buildable lots in the first 190' may be very difficult to double load, causing the construction of the roadway to be extremely expensive (if you were looking at putting multiple smaller lots on the acreage).  The property does lend itself to a two lot subdivision with a joint drive, but this would still require a plat due to the street frontage.
