Henry,

Since we aren't having to deal with Dr. Dotson, that saves the $25,000 that he was asking for.

Don't move forward with the $8,000.  Let Pizza Hut deal with the engineering.

Don't add $8,000 to the contract.

Have Ed sign the extension, let's put this to bed.

This has been under contract since May 4th, 2022.  Let's not loose this deal over the $8,000.  Ed is saving $12,500 by not having to deal with Dotson.

How long has this property been for sale?  How long will it take to get another offer?

If you keep insisting on the $8,000 added to the purchase price, I believe we will lose this deal.

Thanks,

Have the deposit go hard and release the funds so we can pay Kevin.

Then add $8k to the contract.

Then we will be good to go!

We've applied for the project number from the City.  Once the City returns a number we'll submit for formal permit and provide easement legals and exhibits for an easement on the City's property.  We should have the number this week.

Thanks,

Below is an email from one of my partners, and a link to the zoning map.  Stay in touch!  JIll

Just looked up the property on Arcgis, zoning is RR1 meaning it is intended as a transition zone to extend the urban into the rural, PUD use is currently M1 (duplexes), and C1 (defined below).  I have also emailed Dan Holloway at CFSE to see what, if any, progress was made in re-zoning the property.
