Here are the PDF plans that we discussed.
Regarding the trees, the City of Topeka is in the process of determining who owns those trees and if they can cut them down. I would put it as 'highly unlikely' that those trees will be removed by May 1st.
We will have a plan regarding the trees and all other landscape/asphalt by May 1st that can be shared with Dutch Bros. We will send when available.
