Henry, you mentioned you were looking in the City's planning process... maybe you could find out why I had to have three different pre-application meetings. I dealt with them for at least a year and a half on my project, it's ridiculous. Now I have to try and get a sewer line put in... who knows, maybe I'll be able to break ground in another couple of years.
