Henry, not sure what you are actually wanting as I am not sure where you are going, but here is what I know. The Quit Claim Deed from Ernest L. Stark, a single person dated November 16, 2023 TO Community Resources Council, Inc, was filed November 21, 2023 as Document No. 2023R17583 and therefore Community Resources Council, Inc, is in title and can transfer the property. I have researched this property I found that Ernest L Stark and Georgia E. Stark took title on February 16, 2012 filed by a Sheriff's Deed issued out of Shawnee County District Court Case NO. 2011-C-299 for Tax Foreclosure, as Joint Tenants, Georgia Stark died April 20, 2018, a Death Certificate regarding Georgia Eloise Stark was filed December 13, 2018 as Document No. 2018R20797. It has been over the ten years required by our underwriter for purchasers to hold title out of a Tax Foreclosure before it can be a valid sale. Therefore I did not find anything out there affecting title that would keep it from being insured by Alpha National Title Guaranty, Inc, and its Underwriters.
