College Hill TIF Development – This $36,000,000 Private/Public changed the landscape of our inner city directly across for Washburn University in Topeka Kansas. The City of Topeka, Shawnee County and 501 School district authorized over $6,000,000 in TIF financing. The City of Topeka put $4,500,000 in infrastructure from the Capital Improvement budget.
