College Hill TIF Development – This $36,000,000 Private/Public changed the landscape of our inner city directly across for Washburn University in Topeka Kansas. The City of Topeka, Shawnee County and 501 School district authorized over $6,000,000 in TIF financing. The City of Topeka put $4,500,000 in infrastructure from the Capital Improvement budget. Acquired and closed 40 properties to assemble 9 acres for the Mixed Use project consisting of 183 apartment units, 33 Townhomes and 24,000 sqf of retail. www.collegehilltopeka.com

Heritage Tractor – land sale for Arthur Warner. Shepherded and negotiated Sewer Benefit District on behalf of the project with the City of Topeka, Zoning Change.

Taco John’s – Topeka Boulevard and Croix –original Taco Johns ground lease, QSR land sale with 
Triple Net Properties, LLC and negotiated the Poncho lease. 

Taco John's 10th and Wanamaker – Land Sale – Zoning Change – Replacement Taco Johns deal.

Formerly Eastlake Square Mall, the one million square foot netp@rk.tampabay has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation to become America's first corporate supercenter for call centers, back office and high-tech R & D companies.   With individual suites from 5,000 to 150,000 square feet, netp@rk.tampabay is ideally suited to the needs of large call, customer service and data processing centers. Spacious, open floor plates and 18-foot ceilings allow suites to be configured to virtually any specification.  Tenants of netp@rk’s include:  General Motors, New Horizons, Creative World, Temple Gym, WFS Financial and Eurest Dining.
The first lease was signed with New Horizons is the largest network of authorized training centers in the world with more than 200 centers in 28 countries. Founded in 1982, New Horizons instructs more than 1.5 million students each year in more than 300 applications courses and 200 technical training courses. New Horizons original space is 16,217 with expansion rights of 7,000 square feet negotiated by McClure.
Creative World's state-of-the-art facility at netp@rk.tampabay provides numerous resources for children to expand their minds, explore their world and realize their potential. 


Creative World School leased 17,750 square feet of space.
This twelve-room facility includes a 4,850 square foot exploratorium, featuring an indoor park area with a merry-go-round, three playgrounds with safety surfacing as well as a play area with sand and water. Also included are storytelling areas, computer stations, a variety of interactive learning centers and an extensive food preparation area. The center keeps low teacher/student ratios and is licensed for up to 300 children. McClure Real Estate sells franchises and performs site selection for Creative World today.

The third lease signed with McClure representation The Temple Gym, for 11,200 square feet.  The Temple Gym is a newly formed corporation with several locations throughout the Bay area.  The health club will be available to employees of netp@rk.tampabay, as well as to visitors of to complex.  The club's features include an aerobics room, weight training room, free weights, cardiovascular enhancing exercise equipment, a running/walking trail within the park's perimeter, and a Vitamin Bar which will provide members with nutritional drinks and snacks at reasonable prices.  The gym also offers members a pro shop, which sells fitness apparel, nutrition supplements, equipment and health and fitness books. 

The Forth lease was signed with WFS Financial, Inc. for 7,500 square feet.  WFS is a federally chartered and insured savings and loan company with assets of $4.3 billion (as of September 30, 1999).  Headquartered in Irvine, California, WFS is a principal subsidiary of Westcorp.  They offer a wider range of depository, investment, commercial banking, equity and other lending programs in 25 offices located throughout California.

Other accomplishments at netp@rk include saving over $189,000 in termination fees during the transition from a retail mall to an office supercenter. Entered into resale agreements with major telecommunications companies.   Worked day to day with Jim Beatty of NCS International to attract his clients to netp@rk. ·      Assigned 6/30/99 soliciting for a third anchor and assessing future renovations to create budget for client's approval.  Renewal in Process 2,737 sqf.  Launching a temporary leasing program.

·       Designed and implemented an aggressive, Pro-active marketing program, which targeted clients that, did not exist in the Macerich portfolio.  This aggressive campaign included the development of a sate-of-the-art contact network, providing the most current data on retail and service tenants.  My goal was to build a relationship with a new tenant and do one deal with them or put them in every property we owned or operated.  Also did day-to-day leasing on Buenaventura Plaza.  (850,000 square feet)



January 1988 to March 1994 - Lakewood, California

·       Leased kiosks, in-line, Pad sites, and strip space.  Completed over eighty deals in CA and NV.

March 1986 - Greeley, CO

·       Spearheaded the on-site leasing on the $7 million dollar renovation of the Greeley Mall.  This project also won Building Magazine's "Modernization Award.”
·       Forty new leases were negotiated including renewals and remodels.  25 of the new tenants were new to the Greeley market. 

October 1985 - Boulder, CO

Responsible for three Colorado malls including;
¨     Southglenn Mall, Littleton (900,000 square feet),
¨     Crossroads Mall, Boulder (850,000 square feet)
¨     Greeley Mall, Greeley (650,000 square feet). 
·       Split the leasing transition and worked on the newly acquired Southglenn Mall project.  Prepared lease synopsis on all leases and did the preliminary negotiation for the upcoming renovation.


February 1984 - Chattanooga, TN

·       On-site leasing for the Eastgate Mall (700,000 square feet).

·       In less than two years we closed 65 leases, which resulted in $2.2 million dollars of new income.  This project also won Building Magazine's, Modernization Award, “For excellence in shopping center renovations.”  Promoted Project to Anchor prospects.
·       Performed design review on tenant plans.

February 15, 1983 - Boulder, CO
·       Tenant Construction Coordinator for the $40 million dollar expansion of the Crossroads Mall (850,000 square feet). 
·       Worked closely with architects general and subcontractors
·       Coordinating new store construction including complete plan submission, design review and permitting for all new tenants. 
·       Coordinated the completion of the general contractors punch list on the core and shell of the expansion.  Promoted into leasing.
