I'm attaching an aerial of where the extension needs to be done -- per my understanding it would be laying a 4" line near the existing 2" line

I'm personally paying for part of this extension and have money in escrow (has been there over a year) however the buck stops with the Water District office and they will control the project.  I'm contractually bound to see this main extension through as I sold 2 lots and we need this extension to happen to get those folks water.

What I'm not sure on is if the water district would pay you to extend all the way to the end of the road (refer to the map) or if they would only have you take the extension as far as I drew it on there and I'm contractually bound to do.

PS -- there is a road construction project happening at 69th/Berryton Rd and the water main infrastructure along with electric and gas utilities and possibly a fiber line will all need to be moved -- per the county and Shad that is supposed to happen this fall/winter and the county is planning on starting the road construction next summer after school is out for 2023-2024 school year.

PPS -- Shad at the water district said he has 2 addtional projects besides ours (one a 5/8s of a mile and I think a 400 yard extension still on his agenda to get done - he just needs bids)

The 2 items, traffic study and plat, are still being reviewed for conditional approval from the city.  We have stream lined our communications to be just the city approver and our civil engineer, and that has allowed us to make up for the lost time from the original city person misguiding us over the last 6 months.

 

With that being said, we have the new plat final but I need to confirm your full legal name is Edward R. Linquist Jr.?  Surveyor needs it fully accurate before they sign off.
