Rich Cohen
The "Rich" in MaceRich.
I was thinking today I never met him. He was the money man for Mace Siegel and co-founder of the MaceRich Company.
So.....I called Dana K. Anderson?
So it turns out Rich's dad was a real estate speculator in New York. He got wind of all the subway and above ground train expansions and tied up and purchase the land or buildings. As he flipped to the City this was under the guise of commendation. So he got a higher price and could reinvest with out any tax consequences.
Even more enlightening, his brother Author was the founder of Arlin Shopping Centers [NO relations to Arlin's Department Stores] and it evolved into CBL
