Good Afternoon,

GO Topeka is working with the Kansas Department of Commerce and an international company that is looking for an available building or greenfield site for a new U.S. production facility involving metal fabrication and assembly.

Details are as follows:

Site Requirements

• 50 to 60 acre greenfield site
• Building size:
• 520,000SF for initial phase and 200,000SF future expansion
• 100,000SF for office and R&D included in above area.

• 180,000SF for outdoor performance test area
• Prefer square or rectangular shaped site.
• Prefer to be located inside established industrial park or area where utilities/infrastructure are already available.

Existing Building Requirements

• At least 400,000SF of production area & 100,000SF of office area.
• Capable of expanding at least 200,000SF.
• Exterior area capable of locating 180,000SF performance test area
• Building clear height of 30FT.

Please submit any qualified buildings or greenfield sites to me by 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 30th, 2019.
