Site Requirements

• 30-40 acres
• Ability to store trucks, heavy equipment and construction type material (fill dirt, asphalt, crushed concrete) outdoors
• Ability to build or modify smaller (7,500 sf) building for truck maintenance shop and office
• There are a lot of trucks coming and going so a heavier industrial area or some place far from residential is desired
